My career was forged in the high-stakes environments of Trinidad and Tobago’s most critical sectors: Banking, Energy (Oil & Gas) and Manufacturing. For over three decades, I realized that while large corporations have teams of experts to handle compliance and industrial relations, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are often left to navigate these waters alone.
I founded LAC Consulting to change that. My mission is to bring “Institutional-Grade Expertise” to local entrepreneurs, providing the same level of financial and HR leadership enjoyed by big business, but tailored for the agile SME.
