LAC Consulting was founded by Lesley-Ann Charles in 2023. She brings to the firm more than 28 years of experience in the fields of Finance & Accounting, Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She is ACCA-qualified, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Industrial Relations.

Lesley-Ann previously worked in the Banking, Oil & Gas, Retail, Advertising and Construction sectors. Value-driven and results-oriented, she has a penchant for understanding clients’ needs and delivering maximum value. Her creative worldview allows her to take your organization to the next level.
